Wildfire Schaumburg Beer Dinner

Join us on Tuesday, September 17th for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a Great Lakes brew to complement. The evening begins with Kielbasa Sauerkraut and Pretzel Bites paired with Midwest IPA, followed by Chicken Schnitzel paired with Eliot Ness Amber Lager, Sauerbraten paired with Oktoberfest, and ends with Black Forest Cake paired with Edmund Fitzgerald Porter. Eric Lawhead, Great Lakes Brewing Company National Accounts Manager, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in.
