Connections to Care drives seniors in the NW suburbs to their medical/dental appointments. Volunteer drivers pick up passengers at their homes, drive them to their appointments, wait for them and return them to home. For the past 17 years we have been helping older adults remain healthy and connected –no matter what is happening in the world.
