Having a doctor you trust is now more important than ever! To support shelter in place, the application for Access to Care services is now online(www.accesstocare.org) with $0 fees! For 30+ years, Access to Care has helped suburban Cook County and NW Chicago residents see a local doctor for just $5. During these difficult times, ATC is offering members (when available) a 90-day Rx refill at a 30-day cost and financial assistance with Rx co-pays.
