JOURNEYS | The Road Home is your community agency. We serve our neighbors who are finding themselves unable to maintain their living situation or have unfortunately lost their homes. JOURNEYS overnight shelter programs are relaunching this fall and we are looking for passionate volunteers to sign up for leadership roles! Our Shelter Leaders and Kitchen & Supply Leaders will facilitate and delegate responsibilities at PADS Sites and our onsite Interim Housing Program located at 1140 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine.
