In These Challenging Times - Creating Success Through Communications

Many Corporations and Business are reporting difficulties in creating success because of the challenges for their customers and employees due to the Pandemic.
They are finding that their usual skills for communication are not successful because their customers and employees are dealing with a “new reality that no one has ever experienced before”. I was privileged to complete a training as a Conversational Intelligence Practitioner directly with Judith E. Glaser and her team. She is the author of the book, “Conversational Intelligence”. Judith developed many strategies to create success to deal with a "variety of challenges" for Companies, Teams, Boards, Customers and Individuals. I am deeply committed, in this time of great challenge to support and inspire all my current clients and all my colleagues in the Schaumburg Business Association with new ideas to create success.
