The Lighthouse Emotional Wellness Center,located in Arlington Heights, is providing Free Virtual groups for the community to provide mental health support during this health crisis.

In addition to the Free Support groups, the Lighthouse provides telehealth counseling for individuals, couples and families. We accept most major insurance.
