We're hosting a bake sale fundraiser to support the Palmer family and their incredible baby, Jackson. Born with a rare condition called Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Disease (ARPKD), Jax has shown amazing strength, spending three months in the NICU and surprising everyone with his progress. He still needs regular hospital visits and will require lifelong care, including a (very soon in the) future kidney transplant.
